Autonomous Financial Controller | Private Family Group

Fletcher George is seeking a Financial Controller in Egham, Surrey. This senior, autonomous role reports to owners and directors and oversees the Group’s finance function across sites, ensuring robust controls and accurate reporting.

You will manage the finance team, lead monthly management accounts, budgeting, cashflow and statutory accounts, and provide commercial insight to support decisions. The role offers modern offices and a comprehensive benefits package.
