Lending Servicing Specialist In-Life Loans & AI Ops

Allica Bank is seeking a Lending Servicing Officer to manage in-life servicing for Commercial Lending customers. You will take ownership of inquiries, ensure timely processing of settlements, redemptions and product switches, and maintain accurate records in line with regulatory standards.

You will work closely with Relationship Managers and other teams, driving continuous improvement and embracing AI tools to enhance efficiency while safeguarding data security.
