Aerospace Onsite Operations Manager

Rubix is seeking a Branch Manager (Insite Manager) to lead on-site operations at a major aerospace customer in Kent. You will manage the contract delivery, customer relationships, stock management and continuous improvement initiatives to meet contractual KPIs and deliver value.

Reporting to the Regional Insite Manager, you will drive service excellence, collaborate with Product Business Units, and ensure profitability while maintaining strong health and safety practices on site.
