Year Manager – Pastoral Lead for Key Stage 3

The Hathershaw College in Oldham is recruiting a Year Manager to support a Key Stage 3 year group. This non-teaching role focuses on pastoral care, attendance, punctuality and wellbeing, with no teaching qualifications required. You’ll join a supportive team and contribute to a positive learning culture.

Working hours are 36.66 per week, Mon-Fri 8:00-15:50, term time plus 5 days. Salary is pro-rata of the School Support Staff spine (£32,061-£33,699), actual salary £28,008-£29,439 per annum.
