Youth Carer Support & Wellbeing Practitioner

The Children’s Society in the United Kingdom is seeking a CHHAT Practitioner (Essex) to join our Youth Impact team. This permanent role, funded until 31st March 2027, is Band 6 and 35 hours per week, based in Essex with travel across the county.

You will deliver direct interventions with vulnerable young people, co-produce safety and care plans, and build strong multi-agency partnerships to safeguard and support families. Occasional home visits and locality office work are expected.
