Registered Mental Health Nurse — Lead Care & Independence

Alternative Futures Group invites a qualified nurse to join our multidisciplinary in-house team, delivering person-centred and holistic care in a community-based setting. You will work closely with patients and colleagues to make a meaningful difference each day.

You will provide warmth, lead teams, and uphold evidence-based practice while supporting a service operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Training and mentorship opportunities are available as part of our supportive culture.
