Neonatal Charge Nurse & Clinical Leader

Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an experienced neonatal nurse to provide holistic care for sick neonates and their families, including those requiring intensive care, high dependency and special care. You will assess care with medical teams and parents, plan and implement programmes, and facilitate family integrated care with effective communication.

You will lead professional practice, support education and training, and ensure safeguarding and high standards of care.
