Ward Charge Nurse: Lead Care, Safety & Rounds

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse to lead ward operations across shifts. You will coordinate patient care, manage safety huddles, and inform staff of evolving medical plans while supporting the Orthopaedic team and daily rounds with the consultant.

You will also oversee sickness/attendance management, access the incident reporting system, and identify training needs with mandatory courses and audits to ensure trust guidelines are met.
