Events & Catering Manager — Edinburgh Venue

Nourish is seeking an Events Manager to oversee event operations at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC). You will lead front-of-house teams and coordinate with operations colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences at high-profile conferences and exhibitions.

Based in Edinburgh, you will report to the Operations Manager and manage events from setup through delivery, coordinating with supervisors, team leaders and FOH staff to uphold Nourish’s service standards.
