Public Sector Prosecution & Licensing Counsel

Islington Council’s Legal Services Team is seeking a qualified lawyer to support regulatory, licensing and enforcement functions. You will manage prosecutions and licensing matters, provide high quality legal advice to client departments, represent the Council in Courts and Tribunals, and advise Licensing Committees and Sub-Committees.

We require a Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive with strong knowledge of criminal litigation, advocacy and case preparation.
