Senior HR Advisor: Strategic Employee Relations Leader

St Elizabeth’s College is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our People Team in Much Hadham. You will provide expert HR guidance to managers, handling complex employee relations matters and ensuring legal compliance across the organisation.

You will work closely with the Head of People Relations and Policy to manage casework, support organisational change and deliver strategic people initiatives while coaching managers and contributing to policy development.
