Strategic Cluster Sales Director — Hospitality Growth

TROO Hospitality is seeking a strategic Cluster Director of Sales to drive commercial strategy across a portfolio of 4-5 hotels in the South region. You will work with General Managers, Revenue Management and operations to maximise revenue and market share.

You will lead sales activity, manage key accounts, and develop a high-performing sales team, while representing TROO at industry events and client meetings. This role requires strong leadership and regional travel.
