Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer — Hybrid

Stockport Council invites applications for an experienced Adult Social Care lawyer to join its Legal Services team. Based at Stockport Town Hall with hybrid working, you will handle complex Social Care matters, including Court of Protection, Deprivation of Liberty and Care Act 2014 issues, delivering sound legal advice to the Council and its clients.

You will need a current practising certificate (or equivalent such as CILEX) and be able to work under pressure in a busy team.
