Senior HR Adviser – Employee Relations & Change

Michael Page HR is seeking a Senior HR Adviser in Wolverhampton to provide proactive HR support to managers and leaders. You will navigate complex employee relations matters, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and help drive organisational change across a unionised environment.

You will be responsible for managing disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence cases, coaching managers, supporting restructures and consultations, and advising on policy and employment law.
