Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Infinity is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to guide strategic accounts and drive adoption, renewals, and value realization across enterprise clients in the US market. You will collaborate with the Head of Customer Success and cross-functional teams to grow usage and ensure customer success.

You will own a portfolio of strategic customers, build executive relationships, forecast revenue, and lead proactive success programs including business reviews and strategic account development.
