Demand Planning Lead – FMCG, Forecasting & S&OP

Hunter Selection is recruiting for a newly created Demand Manager role in Shepton Mallet, Somerset.

You will own customer demand forecasts, collaborate with customers and internal teams, and drive forecast accuracy in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.

The salary is £45,000 – £50,000, Monday – Friday, with benefits including 33 days holiday, life insurance, employee assistance program, volunteer days, health & wellbeing scheme, employee discount scheme and enhanced sick pay scheme.
