Membership Growth & Engagement Lead

The Food and Drink Federation is seeking a Membership Manager to drive member engagement, retention and growth across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Membership, you will lead day-to-day membership activities and ensure members receive a high-quality experience throughout their journey with FDF.

This hybrid role combines relationship building, data‑driven insights and cross‑team collaboration to strengthen member value.
