Quality Manager, QC & Continuous Improvement Lead

Hunter Selection are partnering with a Kent manufacturer to recruit an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the QC department. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (39 hours per week) with practical responsibility for Sittingbourne and surrounding sites.

You will implement and follow company and factory procedures to ensure HSEQ compliance, manage the QC team, carry out root-cause investigations, and drive continuous improvements to uphold quality.
