Asset & Compliance Specialist – Estates & Facilities

Hull College is seeking an Asset & Compliance Officer to maintain estate and curriculum asset records, ensure statutory compliance, and monitor inspection, servicing and remedial action across the asset lifecycle.

The post holder will manage asset registers, coordinate statutory documentation, and provide accurate information to support operations, financial planning, audit readiness and decision-making across the college.
