Leisure & Lettings Lead – Center Operations & Growth

Kenilworth Multi Academy Trust is seeking a Leisure & Lettings Manager to lead the Leisure & Lettings team and oversee day-to-day operations, bookings, and community engagement. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer and supervise the Coordinators, ensuring high standards of service and safety.

You will coordinate school holiday programmes, marketing, and KPI reporting, and collaborate with schools and external partners to grow lettings income while safeguarding all users.
