Regional Pub Growth & Partnerships Manager – Midlands

Star Pubs, part of HEINEKEN UK, is hiring a Business Development Manager for the Midlands. The role covers either Leicestershire or Staffordshire, field-based with a focus on client relationships and profitability across a portfolio of pubs.

You’ll own P&L for each site, drive commercial terms, and implement retail solutions to boost consumer experience and profitability, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve growth.
