What you’ll do
- Assist the Service Director s of People, Communications and Intelligence, and Law , Democratic and Member Services with high-quality management support, managing paperwork, calendars, meetings, research, projects, and stakeholder relations.
- Navigate sensitive and complex situations with professionalism.
- To act as an ambassador for process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and the use of modern technology to streamline operations.
What you need
- Level 3 qualification.
- Extensive business support experience, preferably in local government.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic document management.
- High standards of professionalism, communication, and diplomacy.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
