Auto Service Advisor – Customer Excellence

Thurlow Nunn in King’s Lynn is looking for a Service Advisor to greet customers bringing their car in for service and repairs, confirm booking details and progress the job through the workshop.

You will keep customers updated on work status, upsell additional services, and answer questions about warranties, services and repairs, working with the Service Manager to provide outstanding customer care and support repeat business.
