Strategic Planning & Development Lead

Halton Borough Council in Cheshire is recruiting a Planning Officer to manage a full range of planning applications and associated consents, carry out Section 106 negotiations, provide professional analysis and respond to planning appeals and inquiries.

You will coordinate with other departments, offer specialist advice on environmental assessment, conservation and listed buildings, and contribute to policy formulation and the plan-making process to secure sustainable growth across the Borough.
