Morning Toll Plaza Customer Care Specialist

The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is recruiting a part-time AM Customer Service role at the Queensway and Kingsway Tunnels to deliver high standards of service, 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with start times between 07:00 and 10:00am. The role involves cash handling, guiding customers and processing payments.

You will work at toll booths and on the plaza, help maintain smooth traffic flow, assist customers and support the Team Leader with lane configuration and safety procedures.
