Retail Team Leader – Flexible Shifts & Benefits

Asda in Newquay is seeking a Team Leader to guide daily operations in the department, support colleagues, and ensure excellent customer service on the shop floor.

You’ll manage stock, help new starters, and work with your manager to maintain high standards, motivate the team, and resolve issues quickly, especially during afternoons shifts. This role offers a permanent contract with 36 hours per week and opportunities for development.
