Store Operations Manager – Customer Excellence

Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd in Oxford is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for our convenience store. You will work with a small team to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and safely, taking responsibility for the store when needed.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, coaching staff, achieving KPIs, and managing performance and scheduling. You may support other nearby stores as required.
