Head of Sales Analytics – Hybrid Leader, AI Insights

Citi is seeking a Director-level Head of Sales Analytics to design and deliver sales performance metrics across Markets. You will build outputs senior leaders rely on to steer the franchise and lead a team of three to five.

The role sits at the intersection of data, finance, and strategy, requiring cross-functional collaboration with regional heads and Markets COO. Emphasis on self-serve dashboards and AI-assisted analytics in partnership with the Mumbai team. Hybrid work model.
