EMEA Head of Account Management & Growth

Foods Connected is seeking a Head of Account Management to lead the relationship with customers across the EMEA region. You will drive retention, expansion, and advocacy, setting up scalable account management practices and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Reporting to the Commercial Director – EMEA, you will oversee renewals, upsell, and cross-sell efforts while guiding a high-performing team in a fast-paced tech business. Travel will be regular across the region.
