The Ivors Academy in London is seeking a Director of Public Affairs to champion songwriters and composers, shaping policy and advocacy to protect creators and elevate the value of music across the UK.

Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead UK-wide public affairs, engage with ministers and Parliament, and drive campaigns, research and strategic communications that advance creators’ rights globally.
