Liquidity Policy VP – Global Regulatory Strategy Leader

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Liquidity Policy specialist to join the Accounting and Regulatory Policy team in London. The role covers UK and EU liquidity requirements, working with global colleagues to ensure consistent policy outcomes.

You will advise on prudential regulatory policy, develop robust interpretations, and support initiatives affecting liquidity, balance sheets and regulatory engagement across regions.
