Head of Finance — Growth, Hybrid & FMCG

Pact Coffee is seeking a hands-on Head of Finance to lead the day‑to‑day finance function and support growth. Reporting to the CFO, you will drive financial control and provide commercial insight across the business.

Based in London with a hybrid working model, this role requires strong accounting expertise in inventory environments, plus forecasting, modelling and stakeholder leadership to influence strategic decisions.
