Job Description
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver people strategies that support organisational goals.
- Leading on complex employee relations cases, providing expert advice, guidance and risk management.
- Managing and supporting HR Business Partners, providing leadership, coaching and development.
- Driving organisational change initiatives, restructures and transformation projects.
- Supporting workforce planning, talent management and succession planning activities.
- Using people data and insights to inform decision-making and improve organisational performance.
- Ensuring HR policies, procedures and employment legislation are applied consistently and effectively.
- Building strong relationships with managers and leaders to influence and deliver positive people outcomes.
- Supporting the development of an engaged, high-performing and inclusive workplace culture.
- Contributing to wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
You’ll need
- Significant experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner role.
- Proven experience managing and developing HR Business Partners or HR teams.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, with experience handling complex and sensitive casework.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making.
- A strong understanding of organisational change, transformation and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance people priorities and business objectives.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification as a minimum, with CIPD Level 7 highly desirable.
- Current CIPD membership.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to coach, mentor and develop others.
- A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
