We are looking for caring, reliable and experienced Senior Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Liverpool.

The Role
As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients while taking on additional responsibilities within the care team. Duties may include:
Supporting clients with personal care and daily routines
Assisting with mobility and maintaining independence
Supervising and supporting care staff
Supporting new and existing team members
Following and contributing to individual care plans
Monitoring clients’ wellbeing and reporting any concerns
Supporting with medication where trained and authorised
Liaising with other care and healthcare professionals
Ensuring high standards of care are maintained
