We are currently looking to recruit multiple passionate, committed and experienced Supporting Families Key Workers to join a dedicated Short Breaks Service supporting children and young people with additional needs and disabilities, alongside their families. The Role
As a Supporting Families Key Worker, you will play an important role in providing high-quality, meaningful support to children and young people with additional needs and disabilities.

- Able to build strong and meaningful relationships with children, young people and families
