Youth Support & Hostel Care Assistant (24/7)

Taff Housing Association in Abergavenny is seeking a Relief Support Assistant to provide daytime and/or night-time staffing cover for a 24/7 staffed Supported Accommodation Project for young people aged 16 to 24. You will help maintain a safe and welcoming living environment, offering person-centred support as needed.

The role involves delivering activities and workshops to promote residents’ wellbeing, independence and development.
