Senior OT – Community Mental Health Rehab

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist for community mental health services in North Lincolnshire, Scunthorpe. The role focuses on an intensive community rehabilitation pathway and requires leadership in a developing 7-day service.

You will assess and treat within an OT framework, using MOHO, deliver group and individual sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and safe discharge.
