• Provide 2:1 or 1:1 care in the child’s home
• Support daily routines and activities
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Follow care plans, risk assessments & company policies
• Support behavioural and emotional needs
• Monitor and respond to seizures
• Assist with personal care and continence
• Administer medication & clinical procedures
