Home Care Assistant & Driver – In-Home Support

Routes Healthcare is recruiting a Female Care Assistant – Driver with Own Vehicle to provide person-centred care in clients’ homes across Stockport and Glossop. The role involves home visits, personal care, medication support and meal preparation, travelling between client visits, and working solo or in pairs depending on needs.

The position requires a full UK driving licence and access to a car, and you must have at least 3 months paid care experience in the UK.
