Rethink Mental Illness is recruiting for a Mental Health Recovery Worker at Hawkesbury Lodge in Coventry. This 24/7 residential service helps people with mental illness on their recovery journey, working closely with NHS partners to provide person-centred support and encourage independence.

You will assist with daily living activities, participate in rehabilitation programmes, and contribute to individual recovery goals within a supportive team.
