Recovery Navigator: Transforming Lives in Sunderland

Change Grow Live in Sunderland is seeking a Recovery Coordinator on a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2028. You will work with people affected by drug or alcohol use, helping them understand options, build recovery plans and access appropriate clinical and psychosocial support.

You will complete assessments, coordinate treatment, liaise with prescribing colleagues and partners, maintain records and promote harm reduction.
