Senior Mental Health Social Worker – Community Care Leader

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Social Worker to join the Restormel CMHT. You will deliver person-centred care, assess needs and coordinate services for adults with mental health needs in the community.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and a commitment to NHS values, with travel across Cornwall as needed.
