Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with essential daily activities.
• Providing crucial emotional support.

Contracts & Structured Schedule

We offer flexibility with structured scheduling for a great work-life balance:

• Full-Time Contracts:Available at37.5 or 15 hrs + hours a week.
• Mandatory Availability:All applicants must be able to workon a rota system ( FT or PT) over 7 days a week.
• Predictable Rota:All services require24hr care, but rotas are prepared at least4 weeks in advancefor better personal planning.
• Days:Between 07:00 – 22:0
• Sleep-ins:22:00 – 07:00 *There is also a sleep-in enhanced flat rate payment of £64.20
• Sleep-In Pay:An enhanced flat rate payment of£62.45is paid per sleep-in shift.

What We Look For In You -Support Worker-Farnham, Surrey

While we provide comprehensive training, we are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with:

• Experience:Previous experience in care settings, mental health, or working with individuals with challenging behaviors is highly valued.
• Qualifications:An NVQ, Care Certificate, or other healthcare qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Mobility:Being a driver is a plus, though not a requirement
