Accommodation Support Worker – Southampton

Society of St James (SSJ) in Southampton is seeking an enthusiastic Accommodation Support Worker to join the Accommodation Support Service. The role requires managing residents’ day-to-day support with a person-centred approach, helping them stay in accommodation and progress to move on options.

We are looking for someone empathetic, with experience of working with at-risk individuals or in a residential setting.
