Empowering Care & Independence Support Worker

Keys Group’s Parc Lodge in Bridgend is seeking a Support Worker to assist adults with mental health needs in a residential setting. You will be involved in day-to-day support, encouraging independence, and helping with daily routines.

Full training is provided; DBS check paid; a full UK driving licence is required and you must be flexible to work days and nights. The role includes medication support, budgeting and personal care.
