Senior Mental Health Social Worker – Community Care Lead

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in St Austell is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join Restormel CMHT within the Mental Health Service. You will deliver person-centred care and work across multidisciplinary teams in a community setting.
