The Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support individuals with their day-to-day care, wellbeing and independence, working alongside other healthcare professionals to provide a high standard of care.

• Supporting individuals with personal care and daily activities
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with mobility and maintaining independence
• Supporting with meals and hydration
• Following individual care plans
• Promoting dignity, privacy and choice
• Working effectively as part of a wider care team
