Strategic Billing & Collections Specialist

TransPerfect is seeking a Billing & Collections Specialist to be the main point of contact for billing and payment matters on assigned accounts, building relationships with Sales teams and clients’ Accounts Payable departments.

You’ll own the collections workload, advise on collections matters, and create best-practice pages on the intranet while partnering with Sales to ensure invoices are paid on time. Strong communication and organization are essential.
