Volunteer Experience & Engagement Lead

Rainbows Hospice cares for children and families in the East Midlands. This Volunteer Coordinator role focuses on welcoming, supporting and recognising volunteers, building strong relationships and ensuring positive volunteering experiences across the organisation.

Based at Rainbows Hospice, Loughborough, with some travel, you’ll support the volunteering strategy, coordinate the volunteer journey from enquiry to onboarding, and help develop volunteering across the team.
