Early-Career Costs Negotiator (Legal)

Davies is seeking a Junior Costs Negotiator in Bolton to manage settlement of legal costs on MOD disease claims. You will review cases, formulate initial strategies, provide client advice, and conduct early negotiations with opponents. You will work within the Costs team and adhere to SLAs, KPIs and MI requirements.

The role requires a degree and/or LPC/ALCD, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple cases under pressure. 28–35 hour week with office-based work in Bolton.
